When I initially glanced at the description, I assumed this was about a single badge design (either for a production run or a workshop-session-style assembly). Hearing that this is a REPEATED process with a new full development cycle (from design and prototyping through to sourcing and production) for EVERY event added a whole new layer that I found very interesting. Thanks so much for getting this interview!
