  1. disconnect negative battery cable.
  2. connect multimeter between battery and cable.
  3. read amp draw... 15-20 millivolts milliamps is on the high end.
  4. unplug fuses one at a time, until the problem circuit is identified.

... some lip smacking, and vocal fry.
