HPR2119: Making Chocolate Chip Cookies

The $250 Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2½ cups blended oatmeal
½ tsp. salt
12 oz. chocolate chips
1½ cups chopped nuts (your choice)
Directions
Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together in separate bowl. Combine with the butter/sugar/egg mixture. Add chocolate chips. Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10–12 minutes at 375°F.
